Owlet or AngelCare

Super anxious first time mama to an 8 week old over here, baby in nicu at start of life with respiratory distress and has since been unwell with bronchiolitis- just wanting something for peace of mind going forward. I want to purchase either the Owlet duo or the Angel Care- any recommendations? Any one use either of them? Little bit concerned that the owlet will be too much information for me and may affect my anxiety making me check it all the time and getting obsessed with his oxygen/ heart rate etc. But also worried that the Angel care won’t be enough and won’t actually detect if he stops breathing.
