Shrooms while breastfeeding
Has anyone take shrooms while breastfeeding or does anyone have an idea how long to wait ? My LO sleeps through the night and I am only planning on doing this once

Ummmmm I would wait till your done breast feeding completely just to be on the safe side.
I would say just wait the life is too long
No cuz i was wondering this too I’m going to Vegas next month and my friend wanted me to try them I’ll be away from my baby for 4 days but i still wanted to wait until i was done completely to try
So I read that you’re supposed to wait 4-5 half lives, which means 1 half life on shrooms is 2.5 hours so roughly 12.5hours and then you’re okay to breastfeed.
