Maybe TMI but numb clitoris postpartum?!?!

So since giving birth my clitoris has been super numb. 🥲It mostly was happening when I was peeing but now thank God it’s now lessened to every now and then at random times throughout the day…….:.has anyone experienced this and has it now gone? I’m 3 weeks postpartum.

I didn’t have mind numb but more felt extremely swollen!

Mine feels bruised and swollen. I had an epidural so had the catheter so not sure if it’s that or just a side affect from brith

I have a really sore clitoris and it feels almost like it spasms in a really painful way :( I had epidural, catheter, forceps and episiotomy… I have pain everywhere down there 😭😭😭

I get alot of pressure and it's super sensitive now 😑

Book in for a pelvic floor physio they can check what's going on and give you exercises/massages to help with this. But also your nerves have just been stretched to let a baby through. Often it takes 18 months for nerves to heal and regenerate again

Glad someone asked! I couldn't find anything on Google. Mine feels very swollen / pressure and yeah was worse during peeing

It's good to know there's other ladies in the same boat! I had a normal straightforward birth & I'm feeling super sensitive too

Ok it sounds like we’re all in the same boat now and still recovering…… hoping this goes away soon for us all 🥲

I haven't noticed any but have had some swelling after peeing!
