I have the Donna and love it. The only downside is that it doesn’t have storage like other strollers and you can’t really put a diaper bag on it. But this isn’t a big issue for me. There are some bags designed specifically for it though.
@Reagan Henricks Are you in my head? I wanted the Doona but opted for the Chicco travel system instead since it’ll last longer. I also have the khaki color of that exact diaper bag! I did, however, get the Doona as a gift at my baby shower. We do use it a good amount but it is HEAVY. If you have stairs leading up to your living space, it’s a hassle. And the steering/ wheels aren’t super great for anything besides sidewalk/concrete/ flat surfaces. There’s no extra space to put things and the cord used to tighten the straps seems to almost drag on the floor. Pros- it’s so so much more convenient for taking baby out alone, especially if you’re one who’s extra wary of your surroundings. No going to the trunk to get anything extra. It’s all in one. I like that it’s low to the ground- gives me more time and space to keep curious hands and faces away from my new baby. No extra space means no extra stuff to deal with when you get back to the car. Makes using Uber/Taxi services easier
I used the doona for my 2nd kid switcher by the time she was 9 months old and then got rid of it and bought a different color for my new baby I recommend it if it’s gonna be u alone half the time with the baby bc it will be easier
I got the same diaper bag as @Reagan Henricks and I also opted for the Doona for convenience. I was debating bc it doesn’t grow with the baby like other strollers but because this is my first baby I thought it would be used for a bit anyways bc I plan to have a couple more kids soon. As my baby gets older I might consider getting a simple sitting stroller which won’t cost me much
@Nya How funny! I love our Chicco!! Just traded in her infant carseat for her big girl one last month! Besides it taking up more space, I found it really easy to clip her in with the car seat or just sit her up!im so glad we got the Chicco vs the Doona! It works for us!
I’ve heard but I’m not sure it’s true that from September doona prams won’t be sold in the UK anymore due to safety reason. Apparently there only safety checked at 30mph
Thanks so much everyone for the advice very much appreciated 🤗

I LOVE my doona. It is ABSOLUTELY worth it. They last until your baby needs to forward face. It is the best purchase we made!!! I had a c section and the seat was just as light as a regular car seat and I didn't have to fuss with a stroller while I couldn't lift him in the car seat for an extended period of time. I also have a itsy ritzy boss plus backpack. They all come with a changing pad in its own compartment. So after I use it I don't have to worry about it getting everything dirty and can clean it and the pocket once we get home. It's super durable and my husband loves to Carry it for me because it just looks like a leather backpack. They can be pricy but they are on sale right now for Mother's Day! Best of luck!! https://www.itzyritzy.com/
I have a JujuBe BFF and LOVE IT! They're fantastic bags.
@Reagan Henricks I love my Chicco travel system too!
I have the Doona and love it. My baby is almost 11 months old and she has a lot of room left in it. I think she’ll be in it until around 18 months (she’s a small baby). Would highly recommend it but would also recommend having another stroller alongside it for longer walks or long days out etc.
I’m definitely getting the doona… for convenience and space. I’d hate for it to be raining and I’m outside setting up a base or the base/ stroller taking up all my trunk space. If you get a doona get one of their diaper bags.
My sister was set on the Doona stroller and found a used one on fb. I personally think it’s a waste of money and not as practical as you may think. It’s cool for walks or outings but what about shopping with a cart? And like you said it’s short lived. It has no storage either. If someone would’ve given me one I would use it lol but I don’t think it’s worth the hype.

We have the Doona and i would say it’s probably the best purchase we made! I couldn’t live without it, makes taking baby out a breeze and it’s really compact so hardly takes up any room when out and about!
The doona is not a great fit for babies for a long time, it makes the chest to chin which can affect their breathing. They are also really low down so baby is pretty near one level, and very heavy! You are also not meant to have babies in car seats for longer than half an hour at a time. You can get much better car seats and pram options x
I use Adidas Gym bag and you can wear it on your shoulders or as backpack! And I bought big enough pouch to carry diapers and wipes and other small stuff for a better organising!
