With bottles once there we had a kettle in room left it to cool then put it into bottles for that day and added formula as & when!
I'm currently on holiday, and they made me pour the water out the flask and put in baby bottle as it has to be in clear bottles for testing. Once you get in just go into a restaurant ask for hot water and I just done 1 oz hot water and 3 oz with the water i brought if that makes sense ahahah! And I'm also just using the kettle in the room to make the water up x
Take a flask, fill it from a cafe after you’ve been through security and take cooled boiled water in bottles of you need it. We bought the Nuby for our holiday and it’s good for just water ( I do the hot shot separate so don’t need to clean it out Everytime!!). I used the kettle in the room, filled our flask and put boiled water in bottles in the morning ready for the day.
Hey! We flew from Stansted and they let us take through a 1 litre flask of boiled water, formula in pots (we took enough for 6 bottles) and 2 x 250ml ready made formula bottles (just incase). We also had our nuby rapid cool with us, which is 100% worth it, we use it for every feed and it’s an absolute lifesaver on days out. On both flights we took enough formula for at least 24 hours in case of delays etc. We just poured the hot water into the bottle (tricky with turbulence) and then poured the formula in, mix it and then poured it into the rapid cool for a few minutes then poured it back in bottle and all done 😊 They did drug swab our baby bag. On holiday we just used bottled water for boiling for bottles. Feel free to message if you have more questions!
I’m just back from majorca. I made all 9 bottles with 5 ounces of pre boiled water in them and 5 milk powder pots and a full sealed tub if formula and was absolutely fine. You jst have to put the baby bottles in a separate tray 🤣 i also took a flask hot shotting. I don’t think i had water in it on the way there but i did on the way back and was fine, worst case scenario they will ask u to test it thats all. Loads of babies fly every day u will be fine take a hot bottle for the airport before security and once ur threw ask for a cafe to give u a jug of boiling water and sit ur babies bottle (with pre boiled water in it) in the hot water and that will heat it back up again and once ur in the air they can heat it up for you. I just brought cool boiled water in the bottles and separately the qty of formula needed per bottle then mixed on the plane. I read somewhere the boiled water has to be in baby bottles but I’m not 100% that’s accurate!
