Was thinking about getting seamoss powder for supplements..

Should I stay away from capsules? I heard they are bad for pregnancy. So I was going to just do the powder.. also any recommendations on anything else to take. I'm nauseous all day long I throw up at least twice a day. Trying to stay away from meat but my body is craving it this pregnancy.. thinking it's lack of protein. And maybe if I take some supplements it will help with my cravings.

It's got a lot of the same stuff as seaweed, I don't know if you like seaweed snacks but they have a lot of iodine and vit k and the same stuff. There's a Korean soup called miyeok guk made with seaweed or kelp and beef or seafood that has a lot of nutrients that is traditionally eaten for lactation and tastes amazing to my weird cravings right now. I actually am a huge meat lover but was not interested in it at all during most of my pregnancy, I drank a protein shake for breakfast most mornings and ate lots of cottage cheese.

I do the seamoss gel and I’ve loved it this pregnancy. I was mixing it in a fresh juice. Something i cant taste it in,lol. Now I mix it with my other liquid vitamins.

Do gel for sure the capsules don't absorb as well into the body and usually has added crap in them. Find a good vendor (I am on if yu need one) and get yu some gel. But if it's for yur nausea I say get Magnesium supplements with it that should help A Lot ❤️❤️
