I’m just so glad there in the same routine and they both sleep through 🙈😂… as exhausting as it is putting them down later it’s worth the full nights sleep! Thankyou! Congrats on your little one too! Hopefully your little one gets their cycle back up n running 🥰🥰
You could try a dream feed at about 11 ish? Barely disturbs them but they top up til morning and keeps their sleep cycles connected. We do this with our LG. seems to get us through til half 6/7am from a half 7/8pm bedtime x
We have a later bedtime but this seems to work better for my LO. I exclusively pump and she drinks only breastmilk. So we bath between 9:30 and 10 pm, then bottle after bath of 90mls and she cat naps till between 11 and 11:30pm and she then has a 30ml top up and then usually sleeps till between 4:30 and 5am.
We've tried earlier baths but then she wakes up at 2ish am, and then again at 4. So for now a later bath means a longer sleep for all of us. I've thought about trying to bring it earlier again but as the saying goes: If it ain't broke Haha
My little girl is 12 weeks tomorrow and is in bed between 20:00-20:30 and sleeps until 07:00. If she’s in bed before 20:00 she’s up at 05:00. I’ve tried bed at 19:00 and a semi awake/dream feed around 23:00 but it’s like she forgets she’s been fed unless she’s fully awake 🤣🤷🏼♀️ x
My 11 week old is in the bath between 5.30-6.00 then bottle then bed between 6.30-7.00 and the last couple weeks that's him right through till around 6am x
My LG is 12 weeks and I loosely aim for her to be sleeping by between 8-9pm. She has a last bottle (formula) between 7 and 8 and then we have cuddle and change nappy and put PJs on. She sleeps through until about 6-7am with a bit of stirring every now and again if she drops her dummy. I find the later she goes to sleep at night the earlier she wakes up.
Anyone here whose babies aren't sleeping through the night?! We aim for a bath and a bottle about 9, LO goes to sleep at around 10 and then usually wakes around 2.30 / 3 for a feed. X
2 month old had bottle at 10pm last night.. down at 10.30pm.. woke at 4.20, dummy in and slept again till 5.50 for next feed.. First time though.. usually down between 9 and 10 and wakes for feed between 2 and 4am..x
@Shanna mine doesn’t sleep through the night either! We’ve found the best thing that works for us is to give him a bath around 9:30pm and then a bottle and he then sleeps for about 5 hours but not every time! I can’t believe how many babies are sleeping through the night at such a young age! X
Our little one has last feed at 7/7.30 ish and then is up at 11.30 ish for first feed and then 3 for a second feed 🤦 we've tried dream feeding but can't burp him with him so sleepy and he ends up waking even earlier with trapped wind 🤦
How do you all dream feed? As soon as I touch my baby to pick her up she's awake and ready to party 😂 she is a very light sleeper though!

She may have a nap about 7ish but she will wake. We go up to bed about 8 and she goes down for the night at around 10. I don’t think she would be down for the night from 7 so later is fine with me
I have 12 week old twins g/b I bath them at 9pm bottle at 9.30pm and asleep for 10pm till 6am I’ve tried earlier but they wake around 2.30. 3am otherwise x
