@Jordyn Tarleton thank you I'll try that
Free wifi*
@Brittany wifi and a paid phone is $0
@Andriana try to go through a church. My friend who just gave birth was living at the Salvation Army and she hated it and wanted to get out. She went to a church that has a program for homeless mothers. She now has an apartment through the church and got a job to help her pay some bills.
Usually hospitals are pretty good at hooking up mommas with resources! Like someone said, talk to your dr about what your situation is and what necessities you're missing. There's always options for help, even if it's not within walking distance. I'm sure they could figure out a way to get you transportation to the resources you need.
@Brittany thanks I'll try that
But how are you paying a phone bill?
Social services in your town.
@Laurel thank you and I hope for the same for you
@Lena no there isn't one close by but really wish there was because I would just walk to it
I'm also not in the best situation rn, but I hope your situation gets better ❤️❤️
Is there a food pantry nearby? WIC will issue a card to you right away. Tell your doctor you need food and you’re homeless.

@👑Jess👑 yes Ive applied for housing assistance but haven't heard nothing back from nobody
@Hannah my family or friends act like they care but they don't and they haven't helped me at all
Don’t give up. Have you got any family that could help? Or friends? I’m sorry hun I don’t know what the benefits your entitled to as I’m in the uk. I hope you get it sorted.
Have you applied for housing assistance, and not just in your area, but everywhere? You can apply for most benefits directly from your phone, since covid has been a thing.

@Halle I've been trying
@Heather yes it's just hard getting around without a vehicle
Don’t give up! Look into non-profit pregnancy centers in your area. They typically offer many free resources such as housing assistance and food assistance for pregnant women and families.
Have you looked into food stamps, WIC or any food banks?
@Brittany maybe a government phone
