Will my breasts adjust?

So i started breastfeeding but have realised i just can’t do it anymore and my body is not producing enough, its frustrating for baby, long story short one boob is bigger than the other still, i havent breastfed or pumped for 2 days, will my boobs adjust to the same size once milk dries up, like how does this work can someone explain to me please! my left breast is just constantly popping out, my breasts arent hurting or feel hard or anything just one is bigger than the other an its been like that for a few days now. Please advise

Yes they will even out. I breastfed my first two for a year and they both ended preferring my left boob so my right eventually dried up and was smaller, once I stopped breastfeeding and my milk completely dried up they were back to being the same size. I think it took a couple of months for me. I haven’t personally tried it my self but have read that putting cabbage leafs in your bra can help make your milk dry up faster

Hi there, I BF for 4 weeks and my left was much much bigger. I cut BF to expressing, extended the expressing times then reduced the minute's on each express but altered this for each boob. Then once I stopped expressing, everytime I was in the shower, I had to hand express tiny amounts from the bigger boob. It's been a week and it's slowly reducing in size and they don't look as wonky 🤣 xx
