I feel you on this one. I’ve lost myself like doing styles with my hair, cleaning, and cooking. Watching my favorite stuff on tv, etc. Now I’m working on getting back to my old self and trying new habits. It’s not easy but you can do it
last month
I run, read, sit with my coffee/wine and watch a silly tv show. Peloton or workout. Take my dog for a walk. Take a real shower 😂
