Constant Nausea

I’m 7 weeks pregnant today and the last week has been rough. I have constant nausea. No vomiting yet. This is my second baby and I don’t remember ever being this sick with my son. We found out we’re having a girl, so definitely see why I feel so sick this time around. But I’m having such a hard time! I’ve read unisom and B6 helps. But if unisom is a sleep aid, when do you take it? In the morning? I’m not sure if anyone has taken this combination and if it helps? And if so, how do you take it? I don’t see my OB for 2 more weeks. So I can’t get anything prescribed until then. I’m hoping this doesn’t last much longer. I feel much worse this pregnancy. So thankful to be having our baby girl but my goodness she’s kicking my butt already.

So the unisom: is 1/2 pill every night. Should ease the nausea the next day, if not, you can take another half in the mornings but you may be drowsy. The b6 is 25mg every 8 hours or so. Ive had great success with these methods. For weeks i wasnt able to keep down anything at all and now, though i am still nauseous, i can still eat.
