Stimulating yourself

How to you keep yourself stimulated throughout the day I find my self to easily bored and tired of the everyday life with my baby doing baby based things ... whats something I can do during the day that also stimulates me and make me not feel brain dead

Cook a new recipe, bake, blend, read a book of your choice out loud so baby hears your voice, exercise, stretch, yoga, meditate.

Read, watch Netflix on my phone, puzzles like or games on my phone. Walks outside. Im usually nap trapped or running around doing jobs

Have something to look forward to. Like bed time is at 7. Wine time at 8 and read or movie.
