Thirst

I’m constantly thirsty!! Like I havnt had a drink in days !

Speak to your midwife or dr, you may need IV fluids due to dehydration

Please speak to your midwife this can be sign of gestational diabetes xxx

I had this at 12 weeks with my 1st due to the doubled blood flow, im sure I'm all good :)
