Raw shea butter (Amazon) and vitamin e oil (bottle or capsules) has been a life saver!Goodluck girl💙
In my experience it’s not something you can prevent entirely, you can use a Shea butter or vitamin E oil to help and just take care of your skin anyways, plus keep hydrated. BUT I did all that and still got them where my skin needed to stretch and stretch quickly, so it’s a natural consequence of growing quickly. They eventually fade a few months after birth. It’s not forever.
Hyaluronic acid been using it for the past few months and have had no stretch marks
I’ve read that Argan oil is really good for stretch marks!
Silicone patches, Derma roller with inky list hyaluronic acid every fortnight (pregnancy safe) just be gentle with the roller then lather yourself in moisturiser/Shea butter - oils aren’t as good
Shae butter oil works wonders I have stretch marks but no new ones since using this
My understanding is limited, but I think a lot of what can help is giving your body good building blocks for growing skin vs focusing only on topical applications. Not sure you can stop them now that they’ve started but I’ve been drinking collagen powder and drinking bone broth with natural gelatin (this can also be bought as a powder) and 28 weeks so far no stretch marks 🤷🏻♀️ good luck! I know everyone makes a big deal out of them but your body is beautiful and strong. I saw somewhere to think of them as baby’s first drawings and I think that’s beautiful 💖
