Embarassing…

Okay so I had a vaginal birth last week and just yesterday I noticed that I have what looks like a rash of red and white pimples literally on both ass cheeks. I don’t know if it’s related to something postpartum or what? But it hurts to sit almost more than my healing vag. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice?
