Breast milk ?
Hey I know this is tmi but I’m really confused about it. Is it normal to get damp nipples ? Is that breastmilk or something else? I don’t leak or gush or anything like that ,every now and then my nipples just get really hard and get damp. Is that normal ?

Normal! It’s colostrum. Just get some reusable breast pads and you’ll be fine.

Yes- I think it is somehow normal. Make sure to message or talk to your doc but it happened to me at the end of the pregnancy. My doctor said it was normal and it’s all the hormonal changes. 😉
