Mucus plug
How do you know when you lose your mucus plug? Or slowly lose some of it? Can you feel it? Do you just check the toilet paper? Just curious!

My birth class said that you can lose it and it still grow back if it's not time. The "bloody show" is more tell tale.
I checked the toilet and I felt like a gooey type of thing fall out and sure enough there it was
