Body positivity?

Anybody else just feel like their metabolism just stopped? I felt like the weight was coming off after I had her 4 months ago but now I feel bigger than I have ever felt and it’s getting to me. Making me not want to go out because I’m uncomfortable with myself and nothing fits. I keep telling myself to be kinder because it’s only been 4 months but damn it’s hard. I’m 32 & FTM and stopped breastfeeding at 2 months due to very low production. How does anyone find the time to workout on top of cleaning, laundry, food and a growing baby?! Sheeesh it’s hard out here for this mama!

Same! Finally bought some new clothes and accepting this may be my new size. Trying to squeeze into my pre-pregnancy clothes was not helping lol

It is so hard! I try to walk every day with my dogs and baby as part of our routine. Then during one of his naps I try to do 20 mins of cardio every other day. (Would be easier to fit in if I could run with him in jogging stroller but I tried that once and it killllled my knees). I also try to do 20 mins of core work every day usually during a nap otherwise I lay him down on a play mat or towel with toys by me while I do it. There are lots of great short workout videos on YouTube if you need somewhere to start! ❣️
