Glucose test - low blood sugar

Just did the 1 hour glucose screening and my blood sugar was flagged as being too low - 57 (normal range is 70 - 130 I think?) Has anyone had this happen or know what it means? Gestational diabetes is too much blood sugar but what happens if you don’t have enough?

I'm still waiting on my test results.

I was told too low could mean your blood sugar is crashing. It could put you at risk of becoming hypoglycemic.

Please let me know! I’ve been having this issue!!!!

Got my results back today (from my lab portal, not the dr yet) and it was 68. I was shocked. With my first daughter it was 102. This pregnancy, I had to do a 1hr glucose test early 2nd trimester for my weight, and it was 119. Then yesterday I did the standard 28 week test and it was 68! My dr/the nurse has always called in the past with my results, so waiting (impatiently 😂) on that phone call today! Have you spoken to your dr?

@Kristin what ended up happening?
