HOWWWW?!

Has anyone transferred there LO into their own room? He’s been sleeping in the bassinet in my room and we wanted to try to put him in his room since sometimes we wake him, or the dogs do, etc.. thought maybe his room would be quieter and better for him but I’m already crying about it. I miss him in here and not sure I’m ready yet. Lol has anyone else done this already ?? 😅🥹😭

I felt super anxious about it too, spent the first couple of nights clutching the monitor, volume on loud. One night I slept in his rocker bc it was his first time sleeping on his tummy and I was so worried. But it gets easier and he has started sleeping 8-9 hours which was absolutely unheard of prior! He seems more comfortable and it’s nice not to worry about waking him up by moving around our room

I can't wait to do this. But my 2yo is still in the crib until my husband finishes painting and we move her to a big girl bed

@Megan this is reassuring, he’s in there right now and I’m feeling so anxious for some reason! I didn’t know it would be this hard

Yes! It gets easier the more nights you do it! I had to bc mine outgrew his bassinet at 2 months!

Yup! I’m feeling much better since moving my baby. We have a monitor and I feel he is safe. We don’t wake each other up and my nighttime routine feels more relaxing.
