@Nicole that's a great Idea! I'll try the park. Yesterday at my moms house my son spilled a small can of paint in her kitchen 😩 and I only looked away for like 1 minute.
@Charley Thank you for the advice. I do feel like losing my mojo is the right word. I guess I do just need to get back out there and bring him with me. I know he doesn't like being inside all day.
I get where you're coming from, my daughter has just started crawling and it's so difficult when I take her to someone's house that isn't baby proofed because I feel like I can't let her touch anything let her touch anything. Try meeting up with friends in a park or a soft play or somewhere she can burn off energy, and you get to relax a bit.
I think getting out is important for both you and baby. If your stuck indoors on your own 24/7 you will become a very depressed person. Same with baby being outside is brilliant for them. Seeing new things and being in the fresh air. Now it’s nicer weather you can just go and sit on a field or a park and you can let baby move around and explore! I wouldn’t say the word is lazy but maybe you’ve just lost your mojo a little & need to find it again! Your get there ❤️
Oh no ☹️ unfortunately it won't be the last time something like that will happen. One of my cousins is 3, and she got nail varnish everywhere while trying to paint her toes. My auntie has 5 kids, and all of them have gotten into some sort of mess xx
