Too early to wash clothes?

I’m 27 weeks and our nursery is all done and we have loads of clothes already. I really want to wash and sort baby’s clothes already… but is it too early?? 🤣🙈 I keep thinking well if he comes early then atleast I’m organised but if he doesn’t will I need to wash them again if I do it this early?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I know I’m massively overthinking it but I do that with everything 🤣 so thought I would get some opinions!

I don’t think it’s too early just make sure it’s all stored away nicely in a clean area x x

I’m 26 weeks and will be doing all of mine this week as I’m sorting through all of his stuff, once it’s put away I know il not be arsed to get it all out so I’ll just get it all done together! It will stay clean anyway it’s your home🥰

In case anyone else is reading this and needs reassurance that any mode is ok if it works for you: I don’t have the faintest idea what washing baby clothes is (hand me downs?) and have never washed new bought clothes either (this is my second baby). Either way my husband does all the washing ❤️

Baby stuff all washed since I was 25 weeks. So it's never too early. I think. As I what to keep the rest of family clothes organized so as the house just in case everything happens really fast 😂

I don’t think it’s too early, I started washing around 26/27 weeks so I could sort it all out and put it away, and i won’t be re-washing anything haha I think the whole point is to make sure nothing nasty is on the clothes so if you’re the only one touching it and putting it all away- it’s still clean in my eyes even if it’s in drawers for a couple months 🤷🏽‍♀️
