I would try alternative health options!! You could see a massage therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, or try going for a float to just allow for some time to relax!
I was just talking to my doctor about this today. It totally sucks. You can also try a belly band to wear during the day to take some of the weight and pressure from the baby off.
If it hurts the most when you’re rolling over in bed or lifting one leg at a time like walking up stairs or putting in pants, that sounds like PGP (pelvic girdle pain). There are exercises you can look up to help, but I’ve been told it’s just pain from the pressure of the baby and it’ll go away after birth. Try to roll over in bed with your legs together, and not separated. And the pillow between the legs will help too.
I feel the same way!! Just tried a bag full of ice tonight and got so much relief! Doctors said it’s normal so there isn’t much to do
Birth ball exercises might help
I have this same issue my OB said it’s PGP from the pressure of baby and mine is all the time when I walk to long, put pants on, move at night in bed. I got a belly band which helps while at work, I looked up some exercises/stretches I could do to help, pregnancy ball for sure helps a lot, sleeping with a pillow between my legs and then I started going to a chiropractor which helps with this and also sciatic nerve pain so if the belly band and stretching doesn’t help maybe try going to a chiropractor definitely has saved me so far.
