Nose bleeds
Hi ladies is anyone else getting nosebleeds a lot more than usual? It’s been happening to me like once a week that’s never been a thing for me. It’s not like uncontrollable but like torn blood vessels. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced that.

It's normal at this stage in pregnancy! You have more blood volume. One of my pregnancy apps was warning me about it. :)
Yep! Just got one last night laying in bed and I never got them in the past!
Yep! I never ever get nose bleeds but it happens once a week now lol

I did in my first trimester but it got better around 14 weeks
I get it when I blow my nose, it’s normal as your blood is thinner at the moment
