@Lisa wow
I don’t really have a set routine but generally follow wake windows for her age which works better for us and I’m breastfeeding on demand. My baby still wakes every 3/4 hours if not more for a feed in the night just like her brother did - he didn’t drop night feeds completely until he’d turned one. I’ve always used the Huckleberry app with both my kids to help with sleep schedules and wake windows which I find helpful x
My daughter is 6 months and she has a last bottle at 5:30-6pm then sleeps through to 6ish next morning x
Our boys have their last bottle around 7 and usually wake somewhere between 2-5am for a feed. Hoping the need for that night feed goes eventually but for now just thankful it's only one most nights! (Sadly two different times though 😴)
I don’t have a routine in the day as she wakes up at different times , naps at different times and for different lengths 🙈 I’ve tried but I just follow her. The only routine I have is a bedtime routine of bath bottle bed. She still wakes in the night mostly twice for bottle and few times needs settling again with dummy and will usually not settle back down in the early hours so ends to in our bed 🙈 she won’t take much milk in the day for some reason
Will have last feed at 8:30pm and wake at 6:30am xx
I’m feed on demand and sleep when I can 🤪
Ours is along these lines, but it does vary 6:30 - wake up 7am - milk 8:30am - breakfast 9:30am - nap 11:30 - milk 12:30pm - lunch 2:30pm - nap 4pm - milk 5pm - light dinner/snack 6:30pm - bath 7:30 - milk and bed time
I don’t know if it’s normal but this is my routine for my twins: - 7:45 wake up. Milk -9:30am breakfast -11:30 am nap ( for about 30 minutes) -12:30 lunch - 2pm milk -3pm nap (for about 1,5-2 hrs) -5pm milk (as we haven’t introduced dinner yet) -7:30pm bath -8pm milk -8:30pm bed time
Doesn’t she get any milk from 7pm until 5:30? Did you do sleep training?
Our routine is all over the place but I’m really trying to get it back to some normalcy. During the day my little girl will only take 30/45 min naps so she has about 3 a day. At night she’ll go down about 6:30/7 and won’t wake up until 5/5:30 but then that’s her up for the day
Bottle feeding here and he has slept through from about 5 months. Last feed around 9.30pm. Is it possible they maybe are seeking comfort or are the definitely hungry? Maybe try soothing them without feeding and see if they go back to sleep? X
