How quickly did your cycle recover?
Hello girls. My baby is 6 months old. He is breastfeeding and introducing complementary foods. A month and a half ago, for the first time after giving birth, menstruation came. But it's been a month and a half since my period hasn't come. If pregnancy is ruled out, how long did it take for your cycle to recover?

Hey Mariam, I got my period after 4 months exactly (16th of april), was on for like over a week.. the I got it on the 26th May and for my normal 3 day of period so I'm thinking next one will be back on track.. but it's okay for it to be abit all over the place until it adjusts. I am EBF aswell 😊

It can take over 1yr for you cycle to get to a new normal. It will never be how it was before. Thats what GP told me
