Portugal… is tap water safe to make bottles?
Anyone been to Portugal and used tap water to make up babies bottles. We are heading in June to my partners family flat for a holiday. They drink the tap water. Am I being over cautious to suggest using baby safe bottled water?

Yes it’s safe. Been there multiple times with my daughter as my husband is portuguese and that wasn’t even a thought that crossed my mind frankly. Portugal isn’t a third world country.
Im sure it’s fine, I would just use Evian to be safe as you just don’t know chemicals or anything in the water (in any country to be fair!)

Remember they are used to the tap water there, whereas your baby is not. Just to be safe, I don't think you are being over cautious. Divirtam-se!
