Waking up same time every night

My 17 month old has been a pretty good sleeper since around 6 months. But the last 5 months have been hit and miss. Particularly the last month he's been waking up at the same time every night. Around 10:30 pm he wakes screaming and crying. He has everything he needs, soother and his lovey. He then stands up and throws his soother and lovey out and screams and cries. He unfortunately can't go back to sleep without them so I'm sort of forced to go back in to retrieve them. He usually calms down after that one fit and goes back to sleep for the rest of the night. But I'm looking for any tricks or advice or relatable scenarios. I'm a FTM so I've never been in this situation
