My 5 month old had just got her first tooth cut through last Thursday and looks like two more are coming in. I give tylenol when she's getting really upset but I usually just try frozen teethers, or frozen fruit in a mesh teether. I also just distract her alot when she starts to get fussy, we listen to music and dance, or play with her toys.
@Taygan maybe! Also paired with the 4 month regression… and 4 month vaccinations… these babes are going through a lot right now
Yeah I heard it’s 48-72 hours of really uncomfortable with the teeth!
@Alexa hoping so! We had two especially nightmareish nights when I’m sure looking back, was when the tooth was cutting through. Last night just two wakes but super hard to put back down (awake for an hour each). Let’s hope we’re on the path now to improved sleep hygiene!
So cool!! Hopefully sleep improves for you guys now mama!
Maybe that's what's going on. My babies naps are so short lately (like 30 min instead of 2.5 hoirs). And she will scream bloody murder out of nowhere and arch back as far as she can. I keep looking, but haven't seen anything yet.
Been so hard to tell what looks like teeth in there, did yours fully cut through the gums?
