Requesting an earlier bedtime
Has this happened to anyone else?? My son has always gone to bed around 7pm but recently he’s so knackered and cranky by 6. I’ve been trying to keep him up until 7 as sometimes he will wake up through the night if he goes to bed early. But today he started saying “Eddie” on repeat (the name of the bear he sleeps with). I asked him if he wanted to go to bed and he said yes 😵💫 I obviously don’t mind him going to bed earlier but it’s never happened before!!

Yes my daughter goes to bed 645-7 with the heat recently she’s been tired and asking for bed a bit earlier, she comes and lies on my chest and I ask do you want to go to bed and she says yes xx

My little boys bedtime is usually between 6-7pm asleep by 7pm at the very latest. But depending on what time he wakes from his nap sometimes around 12:15pm, he then is ready for bed by 6pm so we put him down for around 6pm maybe slightly after and he's out like a light. He then goes round until about 7.20am. X
