Ms rachel drama?👀

So I was scrolling through my tiktok and seen Ms rachel saying happy pride month then a stich came on with a dude saying he's not having Ms rachel play in his house anymore all cause she supports pride month😒 For me I don't care for what she believes in, she helped my daughter learn how to clap say mama,Dada, point, ect. I think this dude is picking a wrong battle cause I know so many parents will back up Ms rachel no matter what🥰 and I will too, I will die on this hill and I'm sure there's many others will agree, she's like a second mom in this a household🤷🏼‍♀️ What's your thoughts? https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTRon1u14/

I thinks it’s wild. All this started because one of the actors on her show used a pronoun in an interview. This show is amazing for speech development and she does an amazing job in all her programs. She has multiple degrees and all her teachings are evidence based. My son is 2 and hasn’t had daycare, so I was worried he wasn’t getting the speech building he needed. As soon as we started adding Ms Rachel to our daily routine, his speech has exploded. Ms Rachel will always be welcome in my home.

I hope all his kids are gay.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and decisions on how they want to raise their children. Just because society accepts it doesn’t mean a family should also. She is amazing at what she does for the children, but each to their own.

I'm so tired of the drama Ms Rachel is my 3rd co parent and we need new content leave ms Rachel alone

Ms Rachel is amazing! People need to get over themselves and leave things alone. If it bothers you that much then just don’t watch it, there’s no need to force everyone else to share your opinions 😕 My 1 year old is obsessed with Ms Rachel, and shes helped her learn multiple signs and words!

@Danea I know who your talking about, no matter the gender or race it doesn't mean that guy thinks it's best to call out on miss Rachel at all, I even watch ms rachel myself with my daughter some of the songs I never heard until ms rachel started singing them, I'm always amazed, even my husband is amazed with her, I don't know what I'll do if ms rachel didn't do songs for Littles at all, my daughter is almost 1 years old and I'm happy that she's learning off of ms rachel and new things! I just don't understand why they call out Jules they are just doing songs and dancing🤷🏼‍♀️ there's no harm at all

I think it's fine as long as they don't add stuff to the kids shows... that's where I check out.

First of all does he even watch what his kids are watching? She has gay people on her show so why is she surprised she supports pride month?

I personally think it’s important for children to learn about all the different types of families, that being Nan and grandad being providers, adoption, two dads two mums, single mums and single dads and parents with disabilities….why not 🤷‍♀️ we all have families some are different and that is ok.

@Becky Honestly it's offensive when people compare homosexuality to race issues 😒 I get that you are not trying to start anything but I'm just speaking openly here. My skin color is not something I can hide or change or do anything about to fit in. My family were killed because of it... a gay person has a choice to hide or be open but last I checked sex and attraction is not a necessity. You can live a full life without sex or attraction.. I can't live without my skin or features... I have my religious stance as well but I don't think I need to explain that. It may be harsh but not everyone believes the same things. My daughter is biracial so she will probably have identity struggles as she grows but I'll be damned if I expose her to sexuality struggles as a minor. That's it..

@Becky when I said add I am referring to the current trend of adding pronouns or anything related to lgbt topics. Mr. Roger's was a good thing including basic human rights. Lgbt are not limited on human rights in America. There's no comparison. Everyone is free to do what they want now. Back then that wasn't so

@Alicia I totally agree with you! It’s honestly so surprising that people are comparing RACE to homosexuality. I seriously do not understand how people try to compare a choice, a way of life or lifestyle to the color of our skin which is in our dna and demographics. Sexual orientation is entirely different and to try and argue you that point is proves nothing but ignorance. It’s quite sad the amount of confusion. People should go back to school. But I agree with what you said!

@Maria well thank you. Glad to hear from more like minded people. We have to be careful for our children's sake. There's no future without them.

@Alicia the amount of people who get offended that children don’t need to be educated about sexuality. It’s really sad because before it was about protecting our kids from anything and everything, letting them having freedom with boundaries still and now it’s just like well they’re gonna know sooner or later so let’s ruin them earlier. We have to come together and save our kids because yes they’re the future..

@Becky did you just compare children and sexuality to racial injustice? Not trying to stir anything up, genuinely curious. I don't think @Alicias comment was encouraging discrimination against folx identifying as LGBTQ+ but instead expressing her desire to have control over her children being exposed to sexuality.
