Do you raise your kids vegetarian??

I used to be vegetarian. We try and do meatless Monday’s at home, but I’m wondering, can the whole family go vegetarian? Would love thoughts! I saw this - https://www.popsugar.com/family/Should-I-Raise-My-Child-Vegetarian-46019478 - which makes it seem possible but would love other tips and tricks!

Hello :) I was doing some research about b12 supplements for my daughter who is vegetarian. Do you recommend any specific brand?

My husband has recently cut meat and eggs out of his diet. It’s been harder on me. We have been eating a lot of meatless meat which still has protein in it. The kids haven’t really noticed because they are getting similar foods. It has made going out to eat a little harder now but have figure out a few places to go.

I was raised vegetarian and my husband wasn't. We have 3 children and one of them eats fish and so did my husband. I try to do plant based and vegan for everyone but I don't force my ways on them

I was raised vegetarian and my 3 year old is a vegetarian. We joke about her being an “intuitive vegan” because she doesn’t like any dairy. She’s been in good health, bloodwork is always within the average. 🙌🏼
