Wake windows

My 9 week old’s wake windows are only around 45 minutes. Very stressful to get anything done. How long is your baby’s wake window?

My baby wakes up about 7:30 and goes back to bed until half 10 after a bottle and bum change she’s then awake for a good 3-4 hours😭has a 1 hour nap and then she’s awake the rest of the day if I’m lucky she goes down for another small nap early evening time

I have to get most things done in the evening when my partners back or on a weekend

LO will be 9 weeks tomorrow. Usually his are anywhere from 1-2hrs long but I usually can't get much done unless I wrap him

Same @Jillian my daughter is 11 wks but was induced 3 wks early so not sure if she is still behind developmentally. She went from having great 1.5-2hr naps to anywhere from 20 mins -1hr naps and most often about 30/35mins. She is still going down for a nap every 2hrs but these cat naps are absolutely awful. Like groundhogs day. Not enough time to get ANYTHING done. I’m like a chicken without a head. And I do still swaddle her, dark room, shusher at every sleep time. I have noticed the trade off is that she is so absolutely exhausted come night that she has been sleeping 10-12 hrs without waking for a bottle.

Girl my baby barely naps during the day. She sleeps from 9 pm wakes up at 4 am and then sleeps til about 9 again. During the day when it's just mama and baby... she only really falls asleep when I'm holding her. If she naps it's like 20-45 minutes. 🥲 don't know what I'm doing wrong I'm trying to work on getting her to nap better during the day. But I can't get nothing done.

I was having this issue until I talked to my doctor! He wasn’t eating enough so he literally never slept!! I changed the way I feed him which is more upright which has doubled his intake from 1/2oz to 4! Also baby wearing helps a ton!!! It can be strenuous on your back but it has made a huge difference. My baby gets sleep and to be help and close to me while I can get stuff done!

@Kailey my son is exactly the same (7 weeks) all day short naps and only if held. Nights…up every three hours….up at 4am and won’t fall asleep again until after I start work..8 or 9 am
