Make sure you’ve got the inserts in- minus the head part? X

@Sophie I've just brought it out the car into the house to have a play around LG is asleep at the mo so when she's awake I'll stick her in x

Is it on the furthest recline aswell? I've found my LG goes forward in hers a little when she's not and she's got all the inserts in except the head piece still

@Tasmin I think its on the furthest recline all the inserts are in minus the head part x

@Charlie straps need to be as close to the eck as possible and has she got the wedge thingy in aswell? Usually goes under the body inserts

Yeah sp the straps have to be pretty much touching her neck, and in line or just below her shoulders where they come out of the seat
