It’s all about supply and demand. The more demand you and your baby place upon your body the more it should supply. Skin to skin is very important as well as staying hydrated and nourished.

Body armor hydration drinks!
It does wonders for me. I can go from not being able to get anything out while pumping to getting out 8-12 ounces combined with both breasts after heating the pads in the microwave for 30 seconds and the applying them to the breads. I put reusable breast pads in between me and the heated breast pads to catch any leaked milk. I usually have them on for 10-15 minutes to get the milk flowing before I pump
Try using heat! I told someone this the other day too, but through WIC , there’s a community outreach program for mommies, who are either under suppliers, or just can’t produce milk, but still want their babies breast-fed. There might be some thing like this in your area.
