Kinda long post but appreciate the read.

I feel really vulnerable posting this pic but it just describes how I feel. My 6 month old son hasn’t slept through the night one time yet and it’s catching up to me so bad 😭 I wouldn’t mind at all if he was only waking up like 2-3 times a night but it’s still usually every hour or 90 mins every night. I struggle with sleep as it is and I have a hard time falling asleep between his wakes so I only get like 3-4 hour of restless sleep a night. We’ve tried everything. The sleep sacks, bedtime routine, sound machine, humidifier, blackout curtains etc. he usually only eats one bottle in the night but the rest of his wakings he is just uncomfortable and needs to be patted, shushed, or take a sip of a bottle to go back to sleep. Does anyone have any tips or words of encouragement? 😞 I miss feeling/ looking like myself.

Aww sending love to you girl. Is there anyone who can watch the baby at all so you can at least get a nap or two in during the day sometimes ?

I know you said you’ve tried everything but maybe try feeding him more solids during the day?? And if you have anyone that can watch your baby during the day so you can get some sleep. I’m sorry you’re going through this you’re so strong! hang in there mama🫶🏼

or try the mommy’s bliss bedtime drops that might help?

I feel you. We’ve been going through a sleep regression for a month now and she’s up every 30-60 minutes most nights 😵‍💫 If he seems uncomfortable do you think it could be maybe a dietary intolerance causing tummy discomfort?

I appreciate all your super sweet and supportive responses 😭 @MyahI asked my mom to take him for a while tomorrow so I can get some rest 🙌 @Faith I offered him solids more times today so hopefully that helps little man stay fuller tonight. 🤞@Jenna i thought he for sure had an intolerance but his pediatrician has tested him and he’s in the clear for that thankfully! I hope you and your little one get rest soon!

Try this, if not overnight for some naps! https://llli.org/the-safe-sleep-seven/

You got this! They aren’t kidding when you hear about being sleep deprived with a baby… with my newborn if I don’t hold her until she passes out after feeding she typically wakes up. It sucks ass waiting for her to sleep but usually she passes out. She also loves being swaddled and the sleep pods. Team no sleep sending you statima!
