Lash extensions while pregnant?!

Hii mamas, I’m a lash extension girl but obviously it’s adviced not to lay on your back for too long and lash extensions be taking 1-3hours! I’m conflicted now because I don’t see myself giving up lashes for the next 6 months ibsr especially during L&D my baby can’t see me looking like a naked mole the first time meeting me?!😂 anyways chile if anyone’s pregnant and still gets their lashes done please let me know how and what to do! Thank you xx

I stopped around 20 weeks but if you just explain to the lash tech you’re pregnant and you either need to be propped up or laying more onto one side they should be able to help you xxx

I've been having mine done all the way through (currently 36 weeks 2 days) and my lash lady has been brilliant, she just props my bed up a little so I'm not laid too flat and she let's me sit up when I need a break ect xxx

I just look at it that you could be asleep on your back for longer, and baby is generally fine. 1-3 hours isn’t gunna hurt and if you say to them about baby then they can adjust accordingly. I had mine done and eyebrows waxed when I was pregnant even though they say not too x

When I was pregnant and getting them done I just laid on my side slightly it wasn’t very comfy but I did it just to get them done x

I use tatti lashes individuals and do them myself 😃 I get about 2.5 weeks out of them so saves money. I 100% get where you are coming from..I feel so naked without lashes!

I had my lashes done 2 weeks ago, my lash tech just gave me a cushion under my knees and tilted the top of the bed up. She also said I could take as many breaks as I needed.

My lash tech let me lay on my side xx

I lay on my side and my lash tech at the time was 2 weeks behind me in pregnancy so she was super accommodating if I needed breaks. There was 0 way I was gonna have my first pics will baby with bald lashes😂😂

I work in a salon so my lash girl is super complacent. I just lay on my side and keep my head straight. Theres no way i will have my baby looking like that 😅

3hrs?!!! A good experienced lash tech will only take 1.5hrs for volume lashes- 3hrs would be a newbie. Just don’t go to a newbie 😂

I get mine done still & I just take a pillow and wedge it under my back so I’m slightly on an angle. My lash lady lets me move around & Sri up a bit too.

I’m a lash tech and I’ve lashed clients all the way to full term. I just make sure clients has little stretches and breaks, also lie on you side, like knees to side then swap over etc. lash techs will work around you hun x

You'll be fine!
