Starbucks passion tea is a no go??
Hi ladies- I went to go grab myself a nice refreshing passion tea from Starbucks and took a few sips and decided to google it.. First thing to come up is how this tea should not be consumed while pregnant! Who knew?? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜«

I didn't know you weren't supposed to have hibiscus tea while pregnant...I didn't even THINK to double check like I did with other stuff. I drank a pitcher of it...I really wonder if that's what put me into early labor 😔
how early did you go into labor?
37.5 weeks. I was also very stressed during my pregnancy so it's even hard to know what happened. But, a few sips and you're totally fine. Just stay away from hibiscus for the love of all!! 😂

I seen one link that said not to drink it from 2013 but it didn’t provide any information as to why. Reading another article from American Pregnancy Association it doesn’t specifically target Starbucks tea or any of the ingredients in passion tea either. I would say you’re safe to drink it if you really want to and not to worry if you already have.
I mean you can have tea especially later in pregnancy it’s fine. Red raspberry leaf tea is great and can help you get ready for labor so like if you’re due soon then drink a ton and maybe you’ll go naturally
It’s the hibiscus and lemon grass that’s in their passion tea which both those you are not supposed to drink in tea form..
