š«š«š« How uncomfortable/ hard is it inserting the canesten pessary?!
First time and wow did not expect it to be that hard without the applicator! It didnāt want to go in and I couldnāt seem to push it very far and now it feels very uncomfortable down there! Am I the only one? Any tips for doing it? I have 5 nights left and really need it to work š«

I used my finger itself and it was easy.
Position for putting it in is very important, I sat on edge of bed with my feet up (think like a frogš¤£) and inserted it! Pushed it far enough so it didnāt feel uncomfortable x
