Healthy breadcrumbs?

I’m probably overthinking it, but I wanted to introduce breadcrumbs to my 10months old meals for texture exposure. I was considering Panko breadcrumbs, but original Panko breadcrumbs they said to check out salt content for babies under 1. I found an organic brand but it had palm oil D: Does anyone have a recommendation? Highly appreciated

Start making sourdough and make your own :) I make all of our bready items myself with sourdough and if anything goes stale I blend it into crumbs and save for meatballs or whatever. Farmhouse on Boone’s blog and YouTube channel is how I learned, very very easy to understand and simple to make and so delicious!

Throw some stale bread in the food processor then toast the crumbs. Whatever bread you usually feed baby or homemade bread.
