Depending on where you are in London most Nannys will charge £15-£18net per hour so will be £20-£25 gross per hour
I am a nanny, on maternity leave at the moment. £15-£18net is a standard rate for nannies. Try bubble app or facebook groups to find good nannies. Please always make sure they have an updated dbs and first aid certificate.
Quality childcare isn’t cheap, banannies are more expensive than babysitters, I’m a babysitter but now I charge £13 per hour cash, I’m a year off my nurse degree, fully qualified, dbs and first aid trained, and those qualities cost the extra money but parents are very happy to pay once you are experienced also Going through and agency will be more expensive too try bubble sitters app

try childcare.co.uk. my mum and I were both nannys thru them. can’t recommend enough from my side. i charged £12ph for nannying / £11ph for babysitting / then +£5 for every additional child. as koru kids is an agency the actual nannys are getting around £10-£12 an hour id say if they’re charging 16-18 x
