Poor milk supply - metformin
Hi mamas
I’m exclusively pumping and I got PCOS, today lactation consultant recommended to use metformin to regulate harmones and intern it helps with milk production, anyone tried metformin and it helped ? How long did you take to see the result? What’s the before and after results ?

I started using Domperidone and it helped but not as much. Then my lactation consultant recommended metformin and my production has increased. It's worked for me!
@Kaylee thanks, metformin had side effects when I took before so I’m bit hesitant; if it increases then I can take manage side effects 😅
