*EDIT* 22 month old waking at night

My boy will be 22 months this month and for the last 2-3 weeks he’s started waking up at midnight every night. Needing lots of help going back to bed. I think he is teething one of his back molars but did anyone else go through this? I get so fed up of going in his room so often to try and get him to sleep again that we result in bringing him in our bed so I can go to sleep. Anyone else go/going through this? He was a great sleeper before this. If you started co-sleeping did you have issues down the road?

I just went through this with my 21 month old. He had slept 11-12 hours since 5 months old. He would wake losing it and was so difficult to settle. I’ve never co slept. I brought him into my bed because he wouldn’t sleep in his for more than an hour. After that night I kept being consistent with a cuddle and putting him down and as the nights went on he woke less and less and now is back to sleeping through. It was tough so I feel for you!! He was a bit sick so I’m not sure if it was that. His molars. Almost seemed like nightmares at times. Or a mix who the heck knows. I just kept bedtime routine as consistent as I could and kept putting him in his bed after the first night. I’m sorry this is happening! It is hard when they slept great and suddenly don’t and can’t tell you what’s wrong. It’s hard❤️❤️

@Danielle it’s awful. He was a great sleeper from early on too. I do nothing different other than bringing him into our bed after he won’t settle in his. It’s so frustrating and annoying, ugh

I feel you!! I’m someone who needs my sleep so going back to a kid waking constantly was tough especially through work days. I really hope it gets better for you and it works itself out soon.
