Magnesium oil

Thought I drop a note here, someone mentioned taking magnesium oil (spray) to help with fibroid pain. I was skeptical but did research and being deficient in magnesium and vitamin D is a big no no for women with fibroids. I take a magnesium supplement orally as welly. However I have brought some oil of Amazon and game changer (I kid you not) I have terrible pain in my right groin due to fibroid. Now I spray a few sprays and tingles a little but with in a few mins the pain is gone. You can also spray on on calves for restless legs.

Do you take magnesium glycinate orally? Or how does the magnesium help you?

The one I take orally is magnesium oxide, tbh it was one given to me by assistant in the herbal shop. Magnesium citrate is also good. The spray I have contains magnesium chloride.

I have the craziest fibroid pain. You just spray it directly on your groin? I have pain in my lower belly. I wonder if I could spray it directly on my belly.

@Cassandra yeah directly where the pain is.
