Kraft mac and cheese is pretty much all I could stomach for a looong time with my son. I had terrible nausea/vomiting. He was a little small when he was born (6 lbs), but now he's an insanely big, active, and smart 2.5 year old.

@Lex yes. I had Mac n cheese while pregnant with daughter and my son.. they both are good. It's safe to eat.
@Lex if it's the powered cheese that scares you get the Velveeta type cheese or make home made Mac n cheese
