Does feeling hiccups above belly button mean baby is breech?

The last two midwife appointments I’ve had (last one was exactly 1 week ago) baby has been head down and 3/5 engaged and I’m feeling more movement lower down. However tonight I’ve just felt what I assumed were hiccups (repetitive pulsing in same area) above my belly button - is this an indication that baby’s head is above my belly button so he’s flipped??

My baby is head down and always has been, I feel vibrating down below but I have always had pulsating movements above my belly button at the same time. my stomach goes up and down in a small area x

Sometimes this can be the placenta and blood flow, not hiccups. I’ve get it quite often when i’ve eaten or i’m breathless x

My baby keeps moving from breech to head down at nearly 38 weeks and they said an indication of where he is depends on where I feel hiccups, so defo worth getting a check up! I have to go as soon as my waters break to check babies position to see what my delivery will be xx

My baby is breech and hiccups have been down low past my belly button so i wouldn’t pay much attention to that!

My boys hiccups are in my butt 🤣 but also along my side where his back is. Right near belly button he is head down and at a -1 though

My baby had hiccups during scan while head down and hiccups felt above belly button. It's baby's belly moving when hiccuping.

Mines been head down the entire time and her hiccups have always been on the upper right!

My baby is breech and hiccups are really low down below my belly button xx
