Is it safe to wear a menstrual cup during a miscarriage

Hi ladies Bit of a weird one, I use a menstrual cup for my monthly period, however I have just had a miscarriage after an 8 week pregnancy. My question is, is it okay to use my menstrual cup? I did use pads for the first initial passing of the pregnancy but the bleeding has now got lighter. Personally I hate wearing a pad they’re just not for me I don’t feel comfortable wearing them so always used a cup. I would obviously sterilise between every use but just wondering if anyone else found it to be okay to use, as it would really help this difficult process for me if I was a little comfier using what I’m used to
