Baby shower games???

guess how many candies in the jar dont cross your legs/ dont say baby (give everyone a clothespin to start with and whoever has the most wins)

@Cat we wrote baby things on slips of paper, such as rattle, dirty diaper, bottle, delivery, contractions etc... and had to act them out but you can't say anything lol it was hilarious!

@katie how are you regulating the game? Does everyone scratch a card when they get it? Do you pass them out all at once? What kind of prize are you giving for this one? (Sorry lots of questions 😅)

Are you going to have a private room/area at the restaurant? When I hosted my SIL’s baby shower, people enjoyed baby jeopardy. We just split the group into two teams to play (I think the winning team voted for an MVP to win the prize). At my baby shower, the guys did a balloon belly game, where they had to get the balloon out of their shirt without using their hands. It was hilarious!! We also did a diaper making game. We did four teams, one teammate was the model, the other used toilet paper to make a diaper. Then everyone else voted for the winner. You could also have people guess when the baby will be born. Whoever is the closest without going past the actual delivery date will win the prize. Some people do the guess the chocolate in the diaper game.

@Ki'ara I don’t think we’re in a separate space. That’s why I was going for more low key not having to move around too much or anything that people might get loud with. I’m going to make the guess the delivery date one! I’m actually going to the dollar store to get a poster board today.

We did guess the size of the bump at mine and there were a lot of hurt feelings. 😬 my suggestion is to just use strings and not actual measurements. We did match the name of the celebrity with their baby’s name. Whoever got the most won a prize. Baby word find. Whoever finished first got a prize. My aunt hid tiny plastic babies around the house/yard and gave people 5 minutes to look for them. Whoever got the most won.

Also did one once that was only appropriate for a friends group (def NSFW), not so much for family.
