The piercing won’t affect BF! I had mines pierced back in 2018 ish and took them out then got them re done in 2021 which I took out in 2022 and I BF now and funnily enough where my piercing has healed milk comes out when my baby sucks 🤣🤣🤣 so I’ve got milk coming out of 3 places on my nipples so baby gets the extra milk 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Piercings always get that “white stuff” in the holes after removing the jewelry. I believe it’s called sebum. It’s like dead skin cells collecting. Having your nipples previously pierced won’t affect breastfeeding.
Hey!! so I had my nipples pierced twice as well, once when I was like 19 then I took them out at 24 because I got a boob job and then I got them re-pierced when I was 25. I had my baby at 26 and took them out, probably around 25 weeks? and I was able to breast-feed completely normally both with having my nipples pierced twice and the breast implants! Mine definitely look crazy as well, you can definitely see the scars from the piercing, but mine were also always oozing & crusty lol not to be TMI! Honestly, I would say that it’s pretty common almost everyone I know who has nipple piercings always tell me they never really fully healed and the second time I had them pierced they were less crusty and I think it’s because my boobs were bigger and they weren’t pierced so deep but the first time oh my Lord, there were pus bubbles like every day but I never had an infection and it was never really painful. Maybe only a little uncomfortable!
The white stuff usually isn’t the milk if it’s in the previous pierced holes, have you ever smelled what you get out of it? It will smell just like the white stuff that comes out your ears or any other piercing! Mine have been out since I found out I was pregnant last year in July and I still to this day have that white stuff come out. It’s natural when you put an extra hole in your body and it’s trying to close completely. It will not hurt the baby at all as my ob told me this when I asked lol totally normal
Yeah it happens to me now, been breastfeeding for about 3 years (two babies) absolutely normal, doesn’t effect breastfeeding. I suspect you’d be like me and the extra holes just let out more milk from them 😂.
I have the same thing. If I squeeze them more of that white stuff comes out and sometimes it makes them sore. My midwife ran a check and says its fine and normal for women with piercings

I have the same thing and I'm 34 weeks. One nip I closed up 6 months ago then other years ago both have the white stuff
Try doing a saltwater rinse once or twice a day to help with clearing out the piercing, similar to how they advise you to care for your piercings when they’re freshly pierced x
I had my nipples pierced and had the sameeee thing I bright it up to my lactation consultant and she said it was fine. I have been breastfeeding for 2 years now and it never affected anything. I think your fine!
