Anxiety in pregnancy after loss

Hi all, wondering if anyone has any tips or advice on how to manage anxiety in pregnancy after a loss? I have suffered from anxiety for most of my life and usually it is well managed with lifestyle choices, self care and medication. But since I had a miscarriage in May at 12 weeks my anxiety has come back with a vengeance. Now I'm pregnant again I'm anxious all the time, waiting for test results especially but also whether this pregnancy will be successful or not. I'm trying to take it one day at a time but my anxious mind is unhelpful and likes to think the worst. What can I do to get through this? Thanks in advance :)

I’m in the same boat! I had a MMC in June and lost our daughter. Now I’m pregnant again. The anxiety has been unreal. What has helped me is talking to two of my closest friends who also experienced PAL. It feels good to have my feelings validated. They both said the anxiety is normal and will get less intense and the pregnancy progresses. They said to take it one day at a time and focus on the things you can control. I also started journaling and that has been helping. I have a baby journal to track the milestones and a journal for me to track my feelings. You’re not alone, Mama! 💗
